JMB didn’t need Luna Media to build them a successful business. They’d already done that.
More than a decade of experience. Thousands of projects completed. Hundreds of customer reviews. Multiple teams working across Berkshire.
JMB was already a great business. The problem was, their social media didn’t show it.

THE PROBLEM?
01 / THEY’D ALREADY TRIED
Like many established businesses, JMB knew they should be doing more with social media. They tried doing it themselves — and they were actually reasonably good at it.
But they were also trying to run a busy landscaping company. Managing teams, visiting customers, quoting projects, completing work and running the day-to-day business.
Social media kept becoming another job somebody had to remember to do.
They explored different services and came across countless adverts promising professional content and social media growth. They were even quoted thousands of pounds every month for teams to regularly come out and professionally film their content.
None of those options really fitted the reality of their business.
JMB didn’t want to become content creators. They wanted to run JMB.

THE NUMBERS TELL ONE PART OF THE STORY.
Hear directly from Dai, Co-Owner of JMB Landscapes, about what Luna Media has meant for their business.
“They just feel like an extension of the business.”

FAST FORWARD EIGHT MONTHS.
JMB now has thousands of pieces of content sitting in its media bank — real projects, real teams and real work that can be reused, repurposed into graphics and carousels, referenced when customers ask to see previous projects, and turned into new content again and again.
“Social media has been massive for us. We’ve had more enquiries, more visibility and people locally telling us they’ve seen our content. Luna has completely changed how our business shows up online.” DIANA — JMB LANDSCAPING

02 / THEN THEY FOUND LUNA MEDIA
Luna didn’t tell JMB they needed an expensive film crew following them around every week. We showed them that they were already creating the raw material for powerful social media every single day. The missing piece was the system around it.
Suddenly, capturing content became part of the working day — not another job to worry about.
03 / THEN THEY SAW THE SYSTEM
01 / ON SITE
02 / CAPTURED ON THEIR PHONE
03 / UPLOADED TO LUNA
04 / LUNA CONTENT TEAM TAKES OVER
05 / EDITED / WRITTEN / DESIGNED
06 / PUBLISHED

Real content. Straight from the team on site.

Edited. Written. Designed. Ready to publish.

Live on social media. Consistently.
04 / CONTENT BECAME PART OF THE BUSINESS
Initially, capturing content was something the team had to consciously remember to do. Then it became normal.
The teams started naturally taking photos and videos while they worked. Before-and-afters. Progress shots. Finished projects. The moments that happen every day.
Content stopped being another marketing task. It simply became part of how JMB operates.
And eventually, even the customers started getting involved.

Customers were now recognising the content — and asking to see their own projects featured.

THE BUSINESS IMPACT
JMB has secured more than £300,000 of booked work, with a further three to six months of enquiries, quotations and site visits already moving through the pipeline.
The business now operates approximately six months ahead — giving the team greater visibility over future work and allowing them to plan projects, teams and growth with far more confidence.
Enquiries haven’t simply increased. At times, JMB has had more opportunities coming through than the teams can physically take on.
BUT SOMETHING ELSE HAPPENED TOO.
The owner gets recognised in builders’ merchants, pubs and cafés by people who have seen JMB online. Customers mention the videos. The teams hear people talking about the content. Customers even remind the lads to take photos because they want their own project featured.
